Candidate Statement of Interest

Requirements for County and Special District Candidates have changed!

A.R.S. §16-311 (H)(1) revised the existing statute to create the requirement for a Statement of Interest.

You must file a Statement of Interest BEFORE collecting signatures.

A Statement of Interest is included in the County Candidate Packets as well as the Special Districts Packet. You can also get a Statement of Interest in the Forms section of this website
